ABOUT THE EXILE:
For five years, Rorschach Theatre performed in what was once the sanctuary of a century-old church all the while perfecting our inventive use of space, our distinctly feverish performance style and our passion for telling epic stories in new ways. Quite suddenly, we were forced into exile by the decision of the church to reclaim their space. Surprisingly, eviction has never looked so sweet.
In the summer of 2008 Rorschach took up residence in THE DAVIS CENTER FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS, Georgetown University's gorgeous new space. We finished out our season there in three performance spaces, at times performing three productions simultaneously. The synergy of the summer was nothing short of thrilling.
We will return to Georgetown for the summer of 2009 where we will perform our 9th Season.
